1.All the website payments/advance payments once done are completely non refundable in any case.
2.Any small Updates ,changes , call guidance needed after doing final payment shall subject to additional charges after 30 days.
3.The support time starts from the Day payment is made and ends on 5:00 PM IST on 7th Day.
4.In case of minor changes needed in less than 7 days, it will be done free of cost but will take minimum of 3 working days to complete and maximum depending on amount of changes, as per next point.
5.If the changes are very large, not possible on wix it might not be done or can have additional charges that will be decided after the changes are submitted. Decision of WOW Tech Solutions on cost/ possible/ not possible will be final. In case the client is informed of payment and client  denies to submit payment informed by WOW Tech Solutions, those  changes will not be done in support.
6..The post payment support only includes designing and features, it does not include uploading content/products on pages as the admin panel is provided to customer to do that.
7.In case of any changes required , you are supposed under 4 days of payment made. Changes sent after 4 Days of support will not be considered.
8.All requirement calls/support/minor guidance/minor change will be chargeable after 7 days.
9.All changes and requirement of support will be taken via email and not  necessary by requirement call. Customer must send changes to email mentioned to him.
10.With the payment you get complete domain,server, with complete ownership.
11.The next year payment may change subject to domain,server rates and our revised payments.
12.We deserve the right to showcase your website in our projects on our website and portals etc.
13.Anything or any profit/loss/illegal work etc done on your website will be solely your responsibility.
14.Any query or dispute will only be resolved as per invoice or email communication.
15.Due to Covid we are only working work from home and not from any office.
16.Saturday Sundays are not working and an official holiday for the week of tech team.
17.All websites designed are done using Template  wix platform which can be same for many clents. You dont get any copyright/design rights of template with it. WIX and WOW Tech Solutions deserve the complete right to modify and resell templates/websites made by them.
18.WOW Tech Solutions deserves the complete right to update terms and conditions with or without notice.
